Tim Schreiber - Associate Consultant
Tim is a skilled facilitator and consultant with a passion for delivering win/win outcomes. With tertiary qualifications in Economics, he has more than 25 years of strategic and operational management experience in Australia and internationally.
Tim’s background is in marketing strategy and implementation, product development, strategic planning and project management. Tim has also developed effective training programs working seamlessly across all organisational levels from analyst to Board member. He has worked with a wide variety of organisations from multi-nationals to small start-ups.
With a practical approach, an emphasis on getting the strategy right up front, and the ability to relate to the many issues facing business owners / managers, Tim has helped clients realise real and sustainable benefits. He is able to quickly grasp an organisation’s business fundamentals and give practical advice on growth options and related marketing strategies.
Prior to entering consulting, Tim worked in a variety of managerial marketing and strategic planning positions in the automotive industry with both Ford Motor Company and BMW, including residency periods in Taiwan and Japan.
